The latest diet craze is the Keto diet that is well known for being a low carb diet, where the body produces ketones in the liver to be used as energy. It’s referred to as many different names – ketogenic diet, low carb diet, and low carb high fat. 

Unfortunately we are surrounded by fast food options every day, so we found a Facebook post that helps you find Keto options at all the big fast restaurant chains.
