As much as we loved dreaming about our Barbie dream home, it's not realistic.
And now Mattel is stepping outside of their Barbie box to show young girls what an empowering female role model truly looks like.
In honor of #InternationalWomensDay, Mattel has announced a new line of Barbies that will reflect empowering female role models past and present in an effort to inspire more girls.
From Frida Kahlo, to Amelia Earhart and Katherine Johnson, these new barbies are just the beginning.
In honor of #InternationalWomensDay, we are committed to shining a light on empowering female role models past and present in an effort to inspire more girls.
