Just a few hours into our Spring Slim Down, and I was already getting tips from listeners! Thanks for your support, and hopefully I can return the favor with some help for you.

Mickey emailed me yesterday and said, A phone app I’ve used for about a year now that has really helped in losing weight is an app called ‘Lose it!’.  It’s free and tracks your weight, foods consumed, and exercise.  You plug in your goal and it sets the calorie level you need to reach it.  It also has a great bar code scanner that lets you put in the exact food you eat.  I wanted to lose about 10 lbs. of Christmas weight by the end of February and it helped me achieve my goal.”

Thanks Mickey! I quickly downloaded the app on my phone, and after answering a few questions about myself, it gave me my daily caloric intake.
